As you noticed in my last post, I am in the USA. I 'm here because my days as a tourist in Europe are up. No visa=no stay. David took his home leave to come drop us off, but that means that we had to leave our home in Germany behind. It was sad, I am sad, especially to not be with my hubby AGAIN for such a long time. I truly hate it, but there is not much I can do so I just have to take it and figure out what to do until we get to be reunited in a month! AGHhhh but still I am happy to see my family and I am glad I had a week to enjoy with my hubby and my little guy. We made sure to really make the most of our time. We both had lived in Utah for four years, but as students without a child. Things are quite different when you are not on a tight tight budget, and you look up "kid friendly" activities for your little guy. We had lots of fun going to the Zoo, Museums, and parks around here. We also had a chance to sneak in a date with just the TWO of us. I do enjoy those dates, even though we really have become the parents that talk a bunch about their kid. We also got to hang out with family and have fun with them too. Over all it was a great week with my love and I am just SO sad that the end of it came too soon, and I am once again without him.
Here you can see some of our FUN!
my gorillas
This child in a wagon, just makes him so much CUTER
Pure happiness and excitement with this kid
his FAVORITE snack he was in heaven
We went to the Museum in Thanksgiving point and it was fun. There was a few interactive things for kids that made things extra fun for the little guy. He LOVED it, especially when he did it with his dad.
I think this guy here is a lot of people's biggest fears
Standing EXACTLY like his Grandpa Garcia watching other kids play
We also went to a free BYU museum of Paleontology with Michelle ( David's Sister), my cousin Susan, Baby Levi and Kami
David thinks these pictures are funny, baby David, not so much
Cutest kiddies
Swings are his FAVORITE
"come on mom, lets roll!!"
We took family pictures. This was my favorite. I Love my boys. Miss being all together!
Until then I'll be here in Utah. Any suggestions on what to do???? Places to eat? I know I've lived here before, but I feel like SO much has changed. I would LOVE any suggestions!
You are so brave to be leaving your home and traveling so much! I hope I can do that one day :)
